Solar Time 2026 - Hradec Králové

Our goal is to organize an astronomical MEGA event at the observatory in Hradec Králové. The topic of the meeting is measuring time using the Sun and the history of time measurement in general.

The event follows the previous MegaEvent Space Cache in September 2017 in Ondřejov, MegaEvent Praga Astronomica in August 2019 in Prague, MegaEvent Hvězdný Tábor in September 2021, MegaEvent Slunce - our closest star in Rokycany 2022, MegaEvent Space Windows in Vlašim 2023, MegaEvent Astro-Budějovice 2024 and MegaEvent Science-Fiction Brno in the previous year.
